Very bad company
My mother hired this company and Jarod to do a bath surround for her. She is 75 yrs old and gave him 1/2 the money for the job.
After 8 weeks she had not heard from the company. I began to call and leave messages. The only person we could ever reach was Joyce, who frequently did not answer the phone or return calls. Only after 10 weeks, threatening to file a complaint with the states attorney general and then calling the manufacturer of the product, did we get a call back.
13 weeks down the road and we finally came to an installation date. At this time Jarod stated the items were in the warehouse and had been there for some time.We repeatedly asked for a refund and were told no, " because the items were in the warehouse and couldn't be returned". I traveled 450 miles one way to be present for the installation. Prior to leaving Ga I texted Jarod and reconfirmed all install info.
On install day the crew arrived 2 hrs late and did not have all the correct material for the install. I immediately texted Jerod the error and he stated it must have been shipped incorrectly and he would check on it. This should have been ckd when I texted him to confirm install details before I left Georgia and again when the items were loaded on the truck. The installers installed all they could and attempted to reach Jerod for further instructions.
After a 3 hr wait where the only working bathroom was torn apart he stopped responding to texts and calls. The installers left with no working bathroom and no resolution from Jerod. When I finally reached Jerod at 7:15pm he told me the manufacturer had sent the wrong parts and they would get him the correct parts next week. I stated my mother could not be without a bathroom for over a week and asked that he put her in a hotel.
He stated she could carefully take a bath in the half completed tub until he could get the parts. This is unacceptable. I doubt that she will ever get this bath completed by this company. This man is very unprofessional and a liar.
I wish we had seen the complaints earlier. If you see this stay as far away from this company as possible.

Worst company EVER! Scammer and Liar
We talk to sunrooms and more at the state fair. Jarrod Hagen (salesman) really he owns the company came out and gave us an estimate.
We decided to move forward. Jarrod took half the money the very next day. We tried to cancel the contract but was told they would have to charge 25% fee because they had ordered the material which the project manager had not been out to measure the job to order material yet. So we went with a patio to avoid fees and just loose money.
Now we can't get refund for the difference of the loan and the price of the patio. We were told by the finance dept that we would recieve a check in 10 days at the end of October. Well it's December and haven't seen it and they won't answer the phone or return phone calls. Joyce just says she will send an email when you can get her to answer the phone.
Do not go with this company. He screws you and his contractors out of money.

Sunrooms And More Patio Enclosures Review from Red Bank, New Jersey
This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are located in Lexington Kentucky.
I contracted them to build me a deck over my patio to keep the rain off the patio and eventually enclose to a sunroom. They said it would take two weeks to complete and would start in two weeks. They showed up to start five months later. During construction the entire deck fell, damaging the existing walls and windows.
After an additional six months, a deck was constructed in a manner that was not part of the agreed design. The deck never kept the water out and the project was never finished. Called many many many many times with no results. After awhile, because of all the leaking every where, the deck became so compromised to the point where one could fall through if stood upon.
I was forced to spend thousands more to have the deck removed and replaced. Sunroom and More took my hard earned money and ran.
Leaving me with a huge mess. Please do not fall prey to Sunrooms and More by contracting their business.

It has now been 200 days since they bought materials from our company. They will not pay for the materials we supplied.
The only time the owner, Jerod Hagen, would talk to us he told us that the home owner he did the work for was not paying him and that is why he couldn't pay us. We now have checked with the home owner to find that was a complete lie. The home owner is happy with the finished product and promptly payed Sunrooms and More but did tell us that they were very dissatisfied with Sunrooms and More. Unfortunately it we are going to take legal action and serve the home owner with a lien on the finished product, what a great Christmas present.
All because Jerod Hagen of Sunrooms and More is a dishonest and very shady business man. Again do not sell to these people, do not buy from these people, they cannot be trusted.

My name is Carlos and I started working for Envision Sunrooms and Windows out of Hayes, VA February 1st as a design consultant aka salesman. I was “fired” around mid-July because of me questioning about my paychecks and confronting them with the issues I noticed while working there.
The reason why I really know what is going on is because my sister in law worked for them in Kentucky as well as another friend of mine. Another fellow employee who also quit worked with me here in Virginia and we talked all the time. I just put everything together to find out what really is going on. With that, here is what is really going on with the company.
Sunrooms and More is out of Lexington, KY, the TRUE Envision Sunrooms and Windows. They change their names so when one goes bad they are not associated with each other. They do not have a crew in each state. They just ship their crews to the states of work making the jobs take forever which we, the salesman, tell our customers that we do not subcontract and that jobs take only 6 to 8 weeks.
They claim that they are in 5 states however they are really in one. The office in VA is not even a real office and they don’t even use the same name. We sell stuff and send all the paperwork to Kentucky. They have a system in sales which is a level of importance in customer.
They send the *** leads to fellow salesman and the big ones to the managers. We as salesman only have a limit that we can deduct from the price which may I add, they have a 35% increase in price from what really costs. The customer most of the time will say no to the product and that will call back. The managers then go back and give them an awesome price that the customer can’t refuse therefore making the manager earn commission and the initial salesman gets nothing.
For the customers that did sign up with me, I literally had every customer calling me with complaints. Complaints such as, they took my money without my authorization, it has been 2 months and I haven’t heard anything, I need to talk to your supervisor etc. Once I relay these messages to my managers, they said they would call them but never did. They love to ignore their customers and not take care of anything.
They also say they are registered with the BBB, but have had so many unresolved complaints that they lost their accreditation with them. They don’t keep their employees too long because the smart ones realize it’s a scam and when they confront them, the company fires them (what happened with me). They make it extremely difficult for their employees to receive their paychecks which is usually half a month late. They claim to be a reputable company however they hand write their paychecks and never send them to the employee’s home.
They also get several months late in paying commission hoping that by then the employee is fired and they get to keep the money. When an employee mentions to take them to court, they say you are a 1099 employee so they don’t have to treat you the same, but according to the IRS site, they are misclassified and should be W2 since employees do not make their own schedule and this gets them out of insurance and overtime pay due to working 12 to 15 hours a day 5 and 6 days a week. They also tell the customers that they are financially sound and debt free however different product suppliers has the company in collections and they sometimes have to get another company. Once I was “fired”, I continuously called them for my money and was ignored every single day and lied to.
I have all phone logs and texts of how rude they were and how they ignored me all the time. There is a review on almost every website from a woman named Elisha, ignore that. That is one of the manager’s wife, NOT a customer. Envision Sunrooms and Windows is a scam.
A horrible company that loves to lie to people and take their money and not take care of their employees. The owners are Jerod and Andrew Riddle. They are selfish and extremely rude and have no concept of how to run a company ethically. It is now august 12th and I still haven’t seen my paycheck since July 1st and my 40% of commission I am entitled to.
They have ignored my sister in law as well as my friend and they are also taking them to court. I will be suing them and some of my previous customers are going in on this with me.
Do NOT do business with this company. They are out to steal your money and make you have endless stresses.

I worked there for about 6 months. I can not believe the Attorney General of Kentucky has not shut this criminal down.
He is the epitome of a pathological liar, he absolutely will say anything to get your money. He quotes mortgage rates for refinance that are bogus, and when he shows up to the customers house with the papers he puts on his scammer charm and does his thing. He is scamming the insurance people because he pays everybody on 1099 even though they do not qualify, he circumvents all labor law by doing the same. He pays no matching FICA nor unemployment tax on his employees.
I know several of us have complained to the State, but they seemingly take his side which is bizzare at best. Do not take a job there unless you are willing to stand in the office for hours fighting with these people to get what they promised you.
To anybody I sold one of these rooms to, I apologize as we were lied to as well. Mr.
Hagen is a thief and he take advantage of those who are in the worst financial condition, and lies to all prospective employees. It takes about 90 days from your first sale to understand how hard you got scewed.

My shower is leaking out of the shower doors water standing in the floor of the shower wall is cracking they even finish grouting the wall the are a company I wouldn't recommend to no one they will lye to u they won't call u back I have been calling the office for four months I have to have some one else to come in to my home to finish there work they are a rip off I am pissed off I thank that I should be payed back some of my money I will tell no one to get sunrooms and more to do any kind of work to there home
Bad electrical, and leaking water into lower room ect................

He took half of the loan already with out my approval. Have you contacted a lawyer?
NO! I have not received my deposit refund yet.
I sent the cancellation letter in on June 24th, it's OCTOBER 20TH and still NO MONEY! I've filed complaints with the BBB, Attorney General's Office and Angie's List. As of today, their Facebook page has been deactivated. I'm assuming it is so no more negative reviews can be posted.
This company is ran by a crook! Please contact State Representative Dennis Horlander at 888-887-**** and reference that you are calling about Sunrooms and More.
Maybe if enough people come together the Attorney General's Office can have more to work with. Good luck to you!
